We believe in making original food that truly nourishes you. That’s why our bakers work with ingredients from small producers who share our values, ensuring that everything we create supports sustainable food systems.

We empower small-holder farmers and craft food companies to thrive in their local communities. This is critical for transitioning to more sustainable food systems, providing healthier diets, and supporting local economies. For instance, we chose to work with a cocoa roaster located in Kerala who produces artisanal chocolate.

We prioritize the use of the lowest additives and preservatives, selecting ingredients carefully from premium brands. Our approach is to use the fewest, simplest ingredients, making our process straightforward and maintaining high-quality standards. For example, our pizzas feature thin crusts with just the right amount of cheese and lots of pineapple.

Our baked products contain only the necessary amounts of sugar and butter, and we avoid industrially produced trans fats.

Can I schedule an order in advance, and how long will delivery take?

Product Availability:
Sugarsprinkles offers handcrafted products in limited quantities. Please note that during holiday periods, there may be a higher risk of stock shortages.

Delivery Time:
In the Greater Chennai Metropolitan Area, orders are typically delivered within 24 to 48 hours from the time they are validated, excluding weekends and public holidays. During holiday seasons, delivery times may be longer, so please plan accordingly.

Most products can be delivered the next day if you place your order online before 2 p.m., except for a few items available only on weekends (these are clearly marked on our website).

Order Processing and Availability:
Orders placed before 2:00 p.m.: Available the next day after 6:00 p.m.
Orders placed after 2:00 p.m.: Available the day after the next after 6:00 p.m.
Orders placed on Saturday, Sunday, or holidays before 8:00 a.m.: Available the same day after 2:00 p.m.

Ordering and Delivery Information:
Delivery from Monday to Friday between 6 p.m. and 8 p.m.
Delivery on Saturday, Sunday and holidays between 8 a.m. and 8 p.m.
South and East Chennai and Suburbs along ECR and OMR of Chennai

You can order items from our online store up to 30 days in advance. We recommend placing orders 48 hours ahead of your desired delivery time. Please use the “Delivery Notes” field for any specific instructions when placing your order.

For orders of 6 or more pastries or individual cakes, delivery times may be extended from 24 to 72 hours. For such orders, please contact us at in-sugarsprinkles@warminghands.com

Currently, we do not ship our specialties outside each city limits due to their fragility and the difficulty in controlling transport and storage conditions.

Please note that some products may arrive with an altered appearance, but this does not affect their taste.

We use a delivery service with their own employees for deliveries.
